How long does the first order take?
From artwork approval to delivery, your first order typically takes 6-8 weeks. Reorders are faster — approximately 4 weeks. We will give you a precise timeline when your partnership is confirmed.
What artwork do you need from us?
We need your club's logo in vector format — .ai or .eps preferred, high resolution PDF acceptable. If you don't have vector files, let us know and we can work with what you have.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Your starter kit includes a minimum first order — we will confirm the exact quantity when your partnership is established. Reorders can be placed in smaller quantities as your inventory needs dictate.
Can we change our design later?
Your patch design is set at the time of your first order. Minor refinements can be discussed — significant redesigns may require a new setup fee. We recommend taking the time to get your design exactly right before production.
Do you ship directly to our shop?
Yes — all orders ship directly to your pro shop. We handle all logistics from our end.
Is there a licensing agreement?
Yes — a simple one-page partnership agreement covers the exclusivity terms and protects both parties. We will send this when your partnership is confirmed. It is straightforward and designed to be easy to review.
